At the Midori no Madoguchi located within JR stations, you can book tickets for hotels and events, reserve a rental car, purchase train tickets, reserved seat tickets and airline tickets and more. We also have a lost and found service at each station where you can inquire about lost items. Tickets for Ltd. Exp., sleeper cars, Green cars, and reserved seats are for sale at 10 AM, one month prior to the date the train leaves the originating station.
